Ltd., Dalian 116600, China ) Abstract For the special needs of automotive engine cylinder and head cleaning industry, developed by six degrees of freedom engine cleaning robots can be applied to this area. D-H method using six degrees of freedom engine cleaning robots to establish a link engine cleaning robot coordinate system, and gives the structural parameters of the table, determine the six degrees of freedom cleaning robot kinematics. Use Newton-Euler recursive algorithm to complete the six degrees of freedom cleaning robot’s dynamics analysis. In the Matlab environment, the use of Robotics Toolbox to establish a three-dimensional simulation model of the robot, and engine cleaning robot dynamics simulation, get driving torque curve of each joint.
