Analysis and simulation of robot mechanism for cleaning the cylinder head

Abstract For the special needs of automotive engine cylinder and head cleaning industry, developed by six
degrees of freedom engine cleaning robots can be applied to this area. D-H method using six degrees of freedom
engine cleaning robots to establish a link engine cleaning robot coordinate system, and gives the structural
parameters of the table, determine the six degrees of freedom cleaning robot kinematics. Use Newton-Euler
recursive algorithm to complete the six degrees of freedom cleaning robot’s dynamics analysis. In the Matlab
environment, the use of Robotics Toolbox to establish a three-dimensional simulation model of the robot, and
engine cleaning robot dynamics simulation, get driving torque curve of each joint.
