Weight loss 问题→重量丢失 Check Ribbon cable because :检查排线 When some wire are broken, it make sum of value bit loss.如果有线折断,会有信号丢失 Example举例: Actual weight实重=2680.5KG If bit # 14,15 lost Signal , (14,15线无信号) make value weight = 2080.5 KG. (重量显示) It differentiate about 600 KG. (少600KG) STD Bus Card Cages 板箱 Trouble from Card cages板箱故障 If the power supply is not functional :电源故障 - CPU cannot process functionally.CPU不工作 - Watch Dog timer cannot process functionally. 看门狗不工作 - Signal loss between I/O board and SSR board. I/O板和SSR板之间数据丢失 Slot on Card cages are broken. (Wiring ripped.) 插口损坏 Slot on Card cages dirty. (Function board cannot connect with circuit. 插口脏(功能板不能连通) 解决方法 问题：损坏或接触问题 建议：１、用毛刷或压缩空气清理干净． 2、取出问题板、线，多次拔插． 注意：请先关闭电源． CPU Board CPU板 Trouble from CPU board CPU板故障 If battery are empty or low Volt. (battery time 5-7 years): 电池不足或电压不够(电池寿命5-7年) - When we power off and power on again May be found that cannot boot from hard disk or ram board. 起动不了，WEM不读硬盘或内存 - Time and Date are reset. 时间日期恢复为出厂设置 If CPU board decline the process will mistake. CPU板工作错误 Serial Board (Old Model) 串行板（旧型号） Serial Board (New Model) 串行板（新型号） Trouble from Serial board 串行板故障 Cannot connect with WEM system if problem on 1-J1 J1坏不能和显示器连接． Cannot Print if problem on 1-J3 J3坏不能打印 Cannot communicate by CPU-CPU or remote terminal if problem on 1-J2 or 1-J4 J2/J4坏其它终端不能联系 Trouble from Serial board 串行板故障 Oftentimes when 1-J1 are failure, the 1-J3 are failure too. So 1-J2 are failure the 1-J4 are failure too. 经常J1坏，J3也坏；J2坏，J4也坏(IC一般为２套） －如果将J1-J4接口改变
