effectsoffetal andlactationalPCB exposureonreproductivebehaviorinmaleandfemalelaboratoryrats．Offspringwere
thentestedformalesexualbehavior：mountfrequency，MF；mountlatency，ML；intromissionfrequency，IF；intromission
latency，IL；ejaculationlatency，EL；postejaculatory interval，PEI；hitrateandfemalesexualbehavior；approachlaten—
cy，AL；mountreturnlatency，MRL；intromissionreturnlatency，IRL；postejaculatoryrefractoryperiod，PER；lordosis
quotient，LQ．Measuresweremadeattheageofpostnataldays70to91，and97to101，respectively．Theresultsshowed
thatexposuretobothPCB77andPCB47significantlyreducedtheLQ (84．4％ofrcontrol，76．0％，67．8％ofrPCB47
rgoupsand64．4％，53．3％ofrPCB77groups；P0．05)inthefemaleoffspring．Therewerenosingificanteffectson
AL，MR，IRL，PER (P0．05)ofthefemaleoffspring，oronMF，ML，IF，IL，EL，PEIandhitrate(P0．05)of
