饲料厂生产车间一号线工艺设计说明书 The designing book of manufacturing technology of the first line of 2012 Feed Mill 摘 要： 饲料厂一号生产线主要生产虾、罗非鱼配合饲料，理论生产能力为20t/h。主要任务是在指定的生产车间空间内确定生产路线，确定生产设备的型号规格，数量，配套动力；确定各设备在车间内的摆放位置及上下设备的连接关系。在六个月的时间内完成了59种（413台套）生产设备的选型及计算，生产车间除尘风网和微粉碎气力输送系统设计等。绘制完成的图纸包括一号线生产工艺流程图、一楼平面和一楼隔层设备洞眼图、四楼平面和四楼隔层设备布置图及洞眼图、成品打包工段剖视图、制粒干燥工段剖视图、二次配料混合制粒冷却打包工段剖视图、二次混合制粒干燥冷却打包工段剖视图一、二次混合制粒干燥冷却打包工段剖视图二、微粉碎制粒干燥冷却打包工段剖视图等。 关键词：饲料厂 生产车间 生产工艺 设备选型 通风除尘 Abstract: The feed of the fish and tilapia feed is producted in the first product line of the workshop in 2012 feed mill, and the production is 20 tons per hour. My task is determination of the producting process route in the designated site of the workshop, determination of the type，the specifications, the power and the number of the production equipments, determination of the equipments placement and equipment up and down in the workshop. I finished the calculation and selection of 59 kinds of (413 sets) producting equipments. I finished the design of the dust collecting and pneumatic conveying systems of micro-crushed in the workshop. I drew the production process flow of the first line, the plane and the hole of the first floors, the plane and the hole of the fourth floors, the equipment layout of the fourth floors,the sectional drawings of finished paking period etc. Key words：Formula feed mill；Production workshop；Producting process；Manufacturing equipments selection；Dust collecting 1 概述 1.1 项目概况 饲料厂位于福建省福州市海马区地域内，生产车间占地面积为1464m2，生产车间共6层楼，各楼层高度从地下室到六楼分别为-3.5m，±0.00m，+7.50m，+15.60m，+22.00m，+28.00m，+36.50m。生产车间配备有四条水产料生产线，其中一号生产线主要生产虾、罗非鱼配合饲料，其工艺采用先粉碎后配料的生产工艺，采用多仓三秤（两大一小）配料混合系统并配有微粉碎及二次配料混合工段（并可接收生产车间二号线一次配料混合工段完成的混合料半成品），制粒工段配备四条生产线，其中虾料三条生产线，罗非鱼料一条生产线，并配备四条虾料破碎打包线。 1.2 设计原则和要求 在设计过程中，本着技术上先进、生产上可行、经济上合理的设计原则，以科学、认真的工作态度进行设计。 （一）采用成熟的工艺路线，配置合理的生产设备，结合使用的生产技术，使工厂在投产后能获得较好的技术经济指标和较高的经济效益。 （二）设计中应考虑生产工艺的机械化、操作控制的自动化、生产过程的连续性，工人的劳动强度等各种因素，以提高生产效率。 （三）设计中应考虑工人的工作环境，降低粉尘和噪音，以方便生产操作及设备的维修。 （四）生产工艺应具有良好的适应性，以满足饲料生产“产品品种多，原料多变”
