Firstly, the principle and characteristics of this Single- chip sw itching power supply are analyzed. A single- chip sw itching power supply is designed according to the features of the chip which output power is 20W and output voltage is 15V. Second, the external circuits of system include five parts, these are input rectifier- filter circuit, high frequency transformer, clamp- protect circuit, output rectifier- filter circuit and feedback circuit. According to the design requirements, the detailed analysis of the five parts is presented, calculation of the values of the parameters and selection of the components are provided. At last, output voltage wave and the analysis of thew hole electrical character are given. T he test result show s the pow er supply have high efficiency, low ripple, stability output voltage and excellent electrical characteristics, and be used as control power supply of instruments and meters.
