大学生心理健康教育课程实效性探究 吴继红 (洛阳理工学院师范部 河南 洛阳 471023) 摘要：大学开设心理健康教育课程不仅是当前大学生的心理素质现状和心理发展的需要，而且也是大面积提高大学生心理素质的主要途径。但调查表明大学生心理健康教育课程实施的现状不容乐观，实效性不高，不能满足学生对课程的期望。究其原因既有领导层面对课程的不够重视，不能为课程的教学提供必需的教学设备的因素，也有教师自身对课程教学目标定位不准确、教学能力匮乏、教学方法单一、考核方式偏差的因素。在对上述因素分析的基础上，就如何提高大学生心理健康教育课程的实效性分别从学校管理层面和教师层面提出了具体的对策建议。 关键词：大学生 心理健康教育课程 实效性 对策建议 Research on the Actual Effect of College Mental Health Education Curriculum Wu Ji-hong （Department of Luoyang Istitute of Science and Technology Teachers， Luoyang,， 471023， China）Abstract: University offering the course of psychological health education is not only the needs of the current college students psychological status and psychological development, but also a large area of main ways to improve the psychological quality of College students. But the status of the implementation of the curriculum for mental health education is not optimistic survey shows that, the effectiveness is not high, students can not meet the expectations of the course. The reason is the leadership in the curriculum is not enough attention, providing essential factors in the teaching equipment is not teaching, factors are also teachers of the curriculum teaching goal positioning is not accurate, the lack of teaching ability, teaching methods, assessment methods of single deviation. Based on analysis of the above factors, on how to improve the effectiveness of college mental health education curriculum respectively from the school management level and teacher level puts forward concrete countermeasures and suggestions. Keywords: university student；Mental health education curriculum；Effectiveness；Countermeasures and suggestions. 一、开设大学生心理健康教育课程的必要性 （一）开设心理健康教育课程是大学生心理素质现状的需要 当代大学生在生活中会面临各种各样的压力，也会因此遇到各种各样的心理困惑，出现诸如人际交往、情绪管理、压力应对、自我认识等方面的心理问题。许多数据也显示，近年来，由于大学生不能及时调整好自己的心态，不能以恰当的方式应对自己的心理困惑而引发的恶性事件有不断上升的趋势。这引起了社会各界对加强大学生心理健康教育的重视。为此教育部2011年通过文件的形式对大学生心理健康教育课程教学的基本要求做了明确规定。 （二）开设心理健康教育课程是提高大学生心理素质的有效途径 目前大多数高校通过各种各样的途径以提高大学生的心理健康水平，如通过心理素质拓展训练、心理危机干预、心理自助调适、同辈群体的互助、心理咨询与辅导、
