As I am from Suzhou--another city 100 kilometers away from Shanghai, so some additional energy, time and money should be spent comparing with the classmates from Shanghai. But fortunately, I have another classmate –Mr. Xiang jiatang who is also living in Suzhou so that we can share the car and have lots of time to communicate the working experience after the lectures. So I want to extend my thanks to Mr. Xiang, from whom I have learnt lots of important and valuable managerial methods and thinking ways that I did not know before. Meanwhile, I would like to express my thanks to my teachers who undertook the lectures of this MBA course because they taught me how to think thoroughly, critically, clearly and professionally. Especially I want to extend my special thanks to Ms. Zhuang jiafang, who is my tutor. She raises questions, frames issues elegantly and always analyzes the topic in a very professional way. (SESP) is a joint venture invested by STORAENSO group (81% share), which is second largest producer (top 500 company) in the Forest Industry with a capacity of about 15 million tons of Paper Board, and the local partner (19% share). The product is coated paper and the market share is about 6%. As paper industry belongs to the category that logistics cost occupies almost 75% of the final sales price, so through this MSM-SMU MBA final dissertation, I
