摘 要 本文主要论述了在现代物流发展过程中以仓储为主的配送中心的成本管理。 首先，针对仓储型配送中心所包含的成本做了分析，指出目前企业更多地强调用硬件即着重于生产工具与生产方式管理来控制成本的局限性，并提出了几个降低成本优化的方案。即用来加强软件管理，提高软件质量替代以往的硬件服务。 所谓的软件就是从人的这一方面出发考虑，以改善人的行为方式与日常工作习惯来增强管理。这些方案针对仓储型配送中心成本管理方式过多强调硬件、忽视软件的局限性做出了重要的突破。 其次，本文还介绍了烟草储运公司的仓储型配送中心成本管理方式，充分证明了不只要依靠硬件、更需要依靠软件来提高硬件来管理成本这一模式的重要作用。 最后，本文再次强调了软件服务对于企业的可持续性发展有重要的作用，企业需要将提高软件方面的服务提上日程，使之与硬件管理同步。 关键词：仓储型配送中心 ，成本管理 ，软件 Abstract This article mainly elaborated in the modern physical distribution developing process by the warehousing allocation center cost management primarily.
