父母教育方式与中职生人际关系的关系研究.doc

中职生是我国学生中的重要群体,也是将来走上社会后不可或缺的人才,良好的交际能力对于中职生的身心健康、生活和事业都有重要的意义。从社会角度来说,培养中职生具备良好的交际能力也可以促进社会的和谐。但当前,许多中职生因为父母教育方式的原因,存在着许多人际关系方面的困扰。父母的教育方式对于子女人际交往的影响是不容置疑的,因为父母的言行举止都是子女的仿效榜样和模仿对象,在子女的成长过程中发挥着示范和引导的作用。但是对于父母教育方式和中职生人际关系之间的关联性一直是研究上的盲点,研究父母教育方式对于中职生人际关系的影响是一个很有现实意义和理论意义的课题。本课题通过对苏北中职学校的调查,对问卷结果进行分析,发现父母教育方式对于中职生的人际关系有着直接的影响。本文可以为中职生人际交往实践提供指导作用,为学校教育解决中职生人际交往问题提供有益的帮助,同时丰富关于中职生人际关系的理论研究。
