Complainant was concerned that the CB suspended for AS9100 was advertising AS9100 on their web site. (this is allowed) AS9100 CB has entered into a contractual relationship with an AS client to manage certain aspects of the client’s supplier mgmt activity. (CB was notifying suppliers to provide certification evidence to client) 1 of the 3 is currently open, under investigation An AS9100 organization may have been re-certified without a re-certification audit.
