SOP of changing system boot from OS/boot partition rather than system partition in Windows 7

Windows 7 Partitions
Usually there are two partitions in windows 7. One (100M in size) is system partition which contains the boot manager files (bootmgr and BCD files), the other is OS/boot partition which contains Windows 7. You can also view this in disk management:
Windows 7 boot sequence
BIOS - IPL - PBR - bootmgr - winload.exe - Windows.
System partition OS/boot partition
Change system boot from OS/boot partition
Run bcdboot.exe which is located in Windows\system32 folder of windows 7 to create a new system BCD store (include bootmgr and BCD files)
For example:
bcdboot c:\windows /s c
Run bootsect.exe which can be obtained from WAIK to update the master boot code of the OS/boot partition
For example:
bootsect /nt60 c:
Run diskpart.exe to active the OS/boot partition
For example:
first run diskpart, and then type the following commands in diskpart mode.
select volume c:
active
exit
