湖 南 涉 外 经 济 学 院 本科毕业论文（设计） 题目 温州金融改革对我国中小企业融资问题的影响研究 作者 曹俊 学院 商学院 专业 会计学 学号 09429402150117 指导教师 王跃武 讲师 二〇一三 年 五 月 十二日 摘 要 国务院批准实施《浙江省温州市金融综合改革试验总体方案》，决定设立温州市金融综合改革试验区。这项改革涉及地方金融机构改革、新型金融组织发展、民间融资规范等多个领域，是我国金融改革的重要尝试。温州市民营经济发达，中小企业众多，民间经济运行中各种矛盾都很突出，本次温州改革试点，为温州经济的全面协调发展提供了新的政策支持和战略安排，更有利于解决温州市的经济发展过程中的各种突出矛盾问题。这对于条件成熟时期在全国范围内实行金融改革具有重要的模范效应。本文主要是研究温州金融改革的原因和改革对中小企业的影响，并根据温州经济发展的现状分析改革及将来全国推广中可能存在的问题，并提出相应的解决方案。以不断完善温州金融改革方案，为中小企业的改革积累宝贵的借鉴经验，从而带动我国中小企业的金融改革和经济发展。 关键字：中小企业融资 温州金融改革 Abstract The implementation of Zhejiang province Wenzhou financial comprehensive reform pilot scheme approved by the State Council, decided to establish the Wenzhou financial comprehensive reform pilot area.
