第 1 期 城市与区域发展通讯 No.1 2008 年 The Working Papers of SWIURD 2008 中国区域电力强度的决定因素 ——基于省际面板数据的分析 江名辉 （广西师范大学经济管理学院，广西 桂林 541004 ） 摘要：本文基于 1999~2006 年省际面板数据对中国电力强度的影响因素进行了分析，结果发现：经 济发展水平对电力强度的降低产生了积极的影响；电力价格虽对电力强度的降低有一定影响，但不显著； 产业结构和进出口贸易额对电力强度的降低有显著的负的影响；技术条件和外商投资对电力强度降低的影 响不是很清晰。合理引导产业结构调整、电力价格改革及加强省域间的经济往来是发展节约型经济，降低 中国电力强度的重要举措。 关键词：电力强度；面板数据模型；因素分析 中图分类号 F124 Interprovincial Panel Date Analysis of Chinese Regional Electric Intensity and Economic Development JIANG Ming-hui （School of Economics Management, Guangxi Normal University, Guilin 541004 ） Abstract: This paper analyses the determinants of the Chinese electric intensity, based on interprovincial panel data during year 1999~2006. Experiential result shows that the economic development level has certain positive effects on electric power intensity. The other determinative factors in electric power intensity are the course of the electric power price, industrial structure, the import and export volume of trade, and the technology and FDI. This paper presents that the price has negative influence on the electric intensity, but is not remarkable; the import and export volume of trade has undoubtedly negative effects on the electric intensity; but the influence on technology and FDI is not certain. Finally, corresponding advices are put forward, the adjustment of industrial structure, the electric power price reform and strengthening economic contacts between province areas will have positive effects on reducing electric power intensity. 第 1 期 城市与区域发展通讯 No.1 2008 年 The Working Papers of SWIURD 2008 Key word
