2 No.2 　　　　9 2009 6 FIBER CO POSITES Jun., 2009 周正刚, 张宝艳 (, 100095) 　　VB-90 , , , :, ;VB-90/T700 , : 1%, 76.5MPa, 90 ℃55%, 90 ℃。 　;;; Investigationonthe CureKinetics andProperties of a Vacuum-bag-only Composite Systems ZHOU Zhenggang,ZHANG Baoyan (Beijing Institute o Aeronautical Materials, Beijing 100095, China) ABSTRACT　The cure kinetics o the resin VB-90 or vacuum-bag-only composite systems was investigated under dynamic curing conditions by di erential scanning calorimetry (DSC)technique.The cure kinetic equation o the resin was established.Ex- perimental validation show s the cure kinetic equation acquired agreed w ell w ith the experimental results, and it can be used or opti- mizing the processing cycle o the composite system s.The quality and properties o the vacuum-bag-only composite VB-90/ T700 was studied:the void content o the composite is under 1%;the short beam shear strength is above 76.5MPa;and the re- tention ratio o the short beam shear strength and lexural strength tested under hot wet conditions(90 ℃)is above 55%.The quali- ty and properties o the Vacuum-bag-only composite is excellent and can be compared with autoclave cured ones.
