The - . dielectric spectrum and the Cole Cole plots of human blood cells w ere established The characteristics of dielectric response of human blood cells w ere also established. T he permittivit and the conduct ivit of hum an blood cells w ere frequenc dependent, and dielectric dispersion of human blood cells had tw o characteristic frequencies: i. e. fC1 is 1. 42 M Hz, and fC2 is 3. 32 MHz.
