库存管理系统设计 Stock Management System Design 院 系 数学与计算机科学系___________________ 专 业 信息管理与信息系统 ____________ 学 生 班 级 2007级_________ 组员 ### ### #### ____ 学 号 ########### ########### ########### ? ? 指导教师单位 数学与计算机科学系 ____________ 指导教师姓名 ##### ____ 指导教师职称 讲师______ 库存管理系统设计 摘要 随着我国改革开放的深入,企业间的竞争日益加大，为在激烈的国际市场中求生存,如何提高企业的管理水平已成为各行各业共同关心的问题。而库存管理作为企业现代化管理的重要组成部分，是企业进行生产、计划和控制的基础，在企业生产经营活动中,库存管理既必须保证生产车间对原材料零部件需求,又直接影响采购销售部门的购销活动，能否对库存进行科学的管理，将直接影响企业其他各部门的生产运作的好坏。 本组的“库存管理系统设计”是基于SQL Server和Visual Basic程序语言的基础上实现的。主要有【仓库管理】【入库管理】【填写入库清单】【出库管理】模块，实现了企业仓库、货位、出库与入库信息统计和库存分析、清仓盘库管理的功能，这对全面监控企业商品的进、出、存等各种状况，为计划及决策人员提供实时准确的库存信息，以便及时调整生产，保证企业各项生产经营活动的顺利进行有着重要的意义。 关键词: 库存管理， Visual Basic，SQL Server Stock Management System Design Abstract As Chinas reform and opening up, in the fierce international market to survive, fight the development of Chinese industries have become issues of common concern.As an important part of the modernize management, Stock management is the basics of manufacture,plantation and control.Stock management must meet the worshop for raw materials,and it is directly affect the daily buying and selling activity of the sales deparment,whether the enterprise can manage the stock scientifically,will directly affect the work of other deparments. Stock management is the foundation of enterprises’ manufacture ,plan and control,and it is also a component of the modem enterprise management. Stock management must ensure the production workshops’ demand of the spare parts of the raw materials,and derectly affect the activities of the purchasing and sales departments. Whether the enterprise can manage the stock scientifically and effectively.
