This is a very useful approach to deal with the sewage sludge.Actinomycetes play the key roles in this process. Method:This paper used the strains screening method and protein, starch and cellulose hydrolyzation experiments to separate Act inomycete strains. Result: Eight actinomycete strains were isolated from the sewage sludge collected from different waste water treatment plants, all these strains had the ability to hydrolyze starch, protein and cellulose. Strains A1 and A7 are more suitable for hydrolyzing of starch and protein, and strains A7 and A are more suitable for cellulose.
