鞍钢鲅鱼圈炼焦用煤研究 ·1 · 鞍钢鲅鱼圈炼焦用煤研究 郑晓雷 王明国 代 成 （鞍钢股份鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司,营口 115007） 摘 要 本文借助于煤岩学理论，利用煤岩显微镜及相关软件对鞍钢鲅鱼圈炼焦用 37 个采矿点的 77 种单种煤进行 了煤岩分析，并建立了本厂炼焦用煤镜质组反射率分布图谱汇编，根据可行的配煤预案分别进行手工配煤和小焦炉 配煤煤岩测定，将其实验室结果应用于实际生产，并利用自行设计的“ 四步法”指导生产配煤，实现了煤岩配煤在鞍 钢鲅鱼圈炼焦生产中的应用。 关键词 煤岩分析 炼焦用煤 镜质组反射率 焦炭质量 Coking Coal Study in Ansteel Bayuquan Subsidiary Zheng Xiaolei Wang Mingguo Dai Cheng (Bayuquan Iron Steel Subsidiary Company of Ansteel Co. , Ltd. , Yingkou , 115007) Abstract As per the theory of coal petrography and utilizing coal petrographic microscopy and relevant software, this paper carries the coal petrographic analysis to 77 types of coal used for coking in Ansteel Bayuquan Branch, which are gathered from 37 different coal mines, and compiles the vitrinite reflectance distribution map of coking coal of our plant. On the basis of feasible coal blending plan, this paper also holds the coal petrographic measurements of manual coal blending and blending by small test coke oven, and applies the laboratory results to actual production. Meanwhile, this paper also introduces the self-designed Four-Step Methodology, under the direction of which, it is achieved that the coal petrographic coal blending is utilized in the actual coking process in Ansteel Bayuquan Subsidiary. Key words petrographic analysis, coal blending, vitrinite reflectance, coke quality 1 引言 煤岩学理论是把煤作为可燃岩石进行剖析研究，无论是 20 世纪 50 年代苏联的阿莫索夫、美国的夏皮洛 等人开创了煤岩工作研究的先河，还是日本新日铁的小岛鸿次郎、中国的周师庸教授[1]等在煤岩工作上的应 用发展，均为炼焦工作者提供了大量的理论依据。 20 世纪 90 年代，鞍钢焦化厂与姚伯元教授[2] 曾合作，利用煤岩镜质组反射率进行科学配煤的 研究工作，但仅限在研究室里做一些研究分析，真正与生产紧密结合程度还有待于进一步提高，未 达到利用煤岩分析技术对生产配煤实时监督制控的程度。2012 年伊始，鞍钢鲅鱼圈炼焦部采用了姚 伯元教授的 HD 型全自动显微镜光度计软件系统，包括
