Materials and methods 11 cases of maxillofacial recurrent malignant tumor patients, CT guided percutaneous implantation of 125I radioactive particles. Preoperative observation lesion contour, size, use of radioactive seed brachytherapy treatment planning system BI-TPSTM ( Brachy Interstitial-Therapy Planning System ), 125I radiation particle activity and dosage, prescription dose ( Prescribed Dose ) PD 110-140Gy, particle activity for 0.6-0.8mCi, immediate postoperative CT scan and efficacy of quality analysis and validation, regular follow-up CT decision analysis, curative effect. Results 11 cases of maxillofacial recurrent malignant tumor patients after operation respectively, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 12 months to review the CT, statistics for the local control rate, tumor was observed to change. In 11 cases of maxillofacial recurrent malignant tumor patients at 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, December local tumor control rate ( RR ) were: 100% ( 11 / 11 ), 100% ( 11 / 11 ), 90.9% ( 10 / 11 ), 81.8% ( 9 / 11 ); in 3 cases the implant site of destroyed bone appeared obvious ossification, accounted for 27.3% ( 3 / 11 ), 1 patients were implanted in June again supplementation for 9.1% ( 1 / 11 ).
