Overview on Micro-grid Technology

ABSTRACT: As an effective measure of accommodating 0
distributed generation, micro-grid has attracted more and more
attention recently. The latest progress in research on micro-grid
at home and abroad was introduced in the paper, covering
system design, operation and control strategy, supply reliability [1-4]
and power quality, economic operation and security
mechanism, simulation platform and demonstration projects.
The technologies related with micro-grid, including power
electronic technology, the interaction between micro-grid and
distribution grid, active and passive management on power
[5-9]
quality and the entry point of simulation platform were
overviewed. The group control technology of micro-grid and
related power quality detection and control strategies were also
summarized. Finally, some proposals on micro-grid ( )
development in China were proposed. (IEC)2010—2030
