Techni cal Analysis of Key Points in 4 4 Truck Design

Abstract: Taking the design of one ton 4 4 truck as an example, this article theoretically analyzes the special
performance of the system and seeks key points appropriate for the design of one ton 4 4 truck. According to
the analysis on calculation, thefollowing can be worked out, such as the choice of wheelbase, the determination
of wheel tread, the setup of power assembly and other major assemblies, the decision of crosswise stabilizing
bar, the control of shimmy and so on, which must be taken into consideration to rationalize the design of 4 4
trucks.
