本科毕业论文（设计） 题目：东湖新技术开发区供电公司工程施工组织及管理方法浅析 姓 名： xxxxxxx 学号： xxxxxxxxxx 院 （系）： xxxxx学院 专业： 建筑经济管理 指导老师： xxxxxxxx 职称： 评 阅 人： 职称： 2007 年 11 月 摘要 东湖新技术开发区供电公司生产基地办公楼及附属用房项目位于江夏区关凤路西侧当代国际花园项目用地内。设计院是中南建筑设计院。 工程由办公楼和附属用房组成，总建筑面积约12000平方米，其中办公楼地下约为723.98平方米，地上建筑面积约5972.77平方米，附属用房建筑面积约5100.67平方米；办公楼建筑层数地下1层，地上6层，地下室及1层层高为4500mm，2层至5层层高为3900mm，6层层高为4800mm，建筑高度为25.35米；附属用房建筑层数为4层，1层层高为4500mm，2层至4层层高为3900mm。建筑高度为16.65米。 办公楼及附属用房均为框架结构，基础为人工挖孔桩基础，抗震设防烈度为6度，框架抗震等级为四级，结构安全等级为二级，耐火等级办公楼地下室为一级，地上及附属用房为二级，设计使用年限为50年。 关键词：施工准备、管理方法、施工措施、基础工程、主体工程 Abstract The project of Donghu new technology developing district power supply company base office and annexes is in the area of The Present International Garden which locates the west of Guanfeng Road, Jiangxia District, which is designed by Central―South Architectural Design Institute. Total area of structure is about 12,000 square meters, which include underground area 723.98 square meters, on ground area 5972.77 square meters, and annexes area 5100.67 square meters; The office building contains underground one floor, 6 floors on ground. Both of the basement and the first floor floor height are 4.5 meters; the floor height of the 2nd 5th are all 3.9 meters respectively, and 6th floor height is 4.8 meters. The total building height is 25.35 meters; annexes include total 4 floors, the floor height of the first floor is 4.5 meters, and the other floors are all 3.9 meters respectively, total building height is 16.65meters. The configuration of both office building and annexes are frame, the foundation is manual-excavated pile, anti-seismic property level is 6,frame anti-seismic level is 4, and safety level is 2; the fire rating of the office basement is 1, and on ground building and annexes are 2,expected service life is about 50 years.
