　　·30　 ·　 　 　　　　　　Medical Laboratory Science and Clinics ,2008 ,Vol19 ,No . 3 　医学检验与临床 　2008 年第 19 卷第 3 期 临 床 实 验 室 不 合 格 标 本 的 特 点 和 原 因 分 析 孙学春 (临沂市人民医院 , 山东临沂 2 76003) 【摘 要】　目的　探讨近年来我院临床实验室不合格标本的特点及产生 原因 ,提 高我院标本采集的合格 率 ,加 强分析前质 量控制 。方法 　回顾性分析我院南医疗区检验科 2004～2007 年不合格标本的特点和原因 ,计算其标本不合格率 。结果 　2004 ～2007 年本科标本总数为 203185 份 ,不合格 标本数为 2411 份 , 标本不合格 率为 1. 19 % ;每年 的标本不合格率分别为1.9 5 % 、 1. 56 % 、0 . 99 %和0 .7 5 % ,显示呈逐年降低趋势 。结论 　实验室要想为临床提供准确 、及 时 、可靠的检验结果 ,就 必须加强分析 前质量控制 ,加强与临床的沟通和合作 ,采取积极有效的措施 , 提高标本合格率 。 【关键词】　标本 ;合格率 ;分析前质量控制 ;标本采集 The analysis of cha r acter ist ics an d r ea son s of n q alified specimens in t he cl in ical la bor a tory 　S n X ech n (The Peo 2 p le ’s Ho sp ital of Linyi City ,Shandong Province .Linyi 27 6003 ,China. ) 【Abstra ct 】Object ive To eval ate the charact eri st ics and reasons of nq alified specimen s in the clinical laboratory of o r hospit al in re2 cent years. rai se the passing rate of specimen collection ,an d strengthen the former q ality control . Res lt s A total of 203 ,185 specimens of 2004～2007 were collected . The n mber of nq alified specimens was 2411 and the fail re rat e was 1. 19 %. The fail re rat e of each year was 1. 95 % ,1. 56 % ,0 . 99 % and 0 . 75 % ,respectively ,in dicating a trend of grad ally decreasing .
