Ab str act ：Applying the methods of spatial data analysis with GIS technology，this paper ex-
plored the spatial characteristics of power consumption in Liu Pan Mountain poverty-stricken areas，
and found the effects of natural environments and social economic conditions on the spatial distribu-
tion of power consumption ，including the local elevation ，level of economic development ，level of
urbanization and social service ，industrial structure and population structure. At last ，we put for-
ward some policy suggestions to improve the conditi
