摘要 随着社会经济的发展和工作生活节奏的加快，人们对食品的需求越来越大。零售商为了提高销售服务水平，对冷链物流配送的要求也越来越高了，冷链物流配送系统的发展滞后，己成为制约我国物流企业的瓶颈，要如何改造企业的冷链配送系统，提高其配送效率，其中一个主要问题就是冷链物流配送中心选址决策。因此研究构建成本最小化的冷链物流配送中心选址问题的数学模型具有重要的理论和实践意义。 本文以某工厂冷链物流配送中心选址为分析对象,采用重心法结合层次分析法对实例进行分析。首先，使用重心法根据总运输成本最少的目标求出在地图上较为合适的坐标点作为候选地。接着，运用层次分析法综合考虑影响冷链物流配送中心选址的定性和定量因素，以求出最优选址方案。 在冷链物流系统中，冷链物流配送中心的选址是冷链物流系统优化中一个具有战略意义的重要问题。然而影响冷链物流配送中心选址的因素既有定性因素也有定量因素，单一地运用定性或定量分析法都不可避免地存在局限性。因此综合运用重心法和层次分析法可以求得较为准确的最优解。 关键词：冷链；配送中心；选址；重心法；层次分析法 ABSTRACT Work with the development of social economy and the accelerating rhythm of life, peoples demand for food is more and more big. Retailers in order to improve the level of sales service, has higher requirement of cold chain logistics, cold chain logistics distribution system development lags behind, has become the bottleneck of restricting our country logistics enterprises, how to transform the cold-chain distribution system of enterprises, improve the efficiency of its distribution, one of the main problem is the cold-chain logistics distribution center location decisions. So the construction of cold chain logistics distribution center location problem of minimizing the cost mathematical model has important theoretical and practical significance. Cold-chain logistics distribution center location based on a factory as analysis object, USES the gravity method combined with analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to analyze the instance. First, using gravity method according to the target and the total transportation cost the least suitable coordinate points on the map as a natural fit. Then, using the analytic hierarchy process comprehensive consideration affects the cold-chain logistics distribution center location of the qualitative and quantitative factors, the optimal location for a solution.
