The use of mobile devices for the demand of the personnel positioning is becoming more and more instense , and a growing number of mobile phone softwares are quickly changing people’s life. At the moment of the smart mobile-phone mass disputes, android as a new type of open source smart phone operation system, it use the Linux kernel, and it not only has advantages of good openness ,hardware and software’s function expandability is very strong ,but also support various of user experience, including rich graphics components, multimedia supported and a powerful browser. So, the Android platform has the infinite attraction for programmers. Developed the wisdom guide system based on android is has a huge potential .
