摘 要 驾驶舒适、能减少驾驶者疲劳的优点，已成为现代轿车配置的一种发展方向。装有自动变速器的汽车能根据路面状况自动变速变矩，驾驶者可以全神贯注地注视路面交通而不会被换挡搞得手忙脚乱。汽车自动变速器常见的有四种型式：分别是液力自动变速器(AT)、机械无级自动变速器(CVT)、电控机械自动变速器(AMT)、双离合器自动变速器（Dual Clutch Transmission--DCT）。目前轿车普遍使用的是AT，AT几乎成为自动变速器的代名词。变速器是汽车传动系统中最主要的部件之一，它是通过改变传动比来改变发动机曲轴的转矩和转速，以满足汽车在起步、倒车，变速行驶等行驶条件下所需的驱动车轮牵引力大小，行驶方向及不同车速的需要。它的好坏直接影响了发动机动力的平稳输出和汽车的正常启动，以及汽车在各种路况下能否够顺利换挡满足所需行驶条件。本文主要研究电子控制自动变速器，通过对其结构构原理的了解，针对常见的故障，进行分析和解决,对电控型自动变速器的使用和汽车维护具有很现实的意义。 关键词： 自动变速器，试验方法，故障诊断 Abstract The transmission gearbox is in the automobile transmission system one of most main parts, it was recently changed the engine cranks torque and the rotational speed through the change transmission, satisfied the automobile in the start, the back-draft, the actuation wheel force of traction size which travel conditions and so on under speed change travel needed, the travel direction and the different vehicle speed need.
