It also makes a brief research of the regulatory system and the public project financing system under the fiduciary duty institution ,the practical mode of the engineering application in instance, adding the economic characteristic of the fiduciary duty institution in the aspects of economics, the legal relationship between the main parts in the construction system, so as to clarify the contents and the different sayings of the individual participant relationship under the fiduciary duty institution ,from the angle of economics and legality.
