Using the 2-line type and the 4～20mA signal output, it can be perfect in disturb proof and fit for the distance transport. It is widely used in petrochemical, metallurgical, power-supplying and light industry and so on to measure and control of the liquid, gas and stream. It can be used in the corrupting medium. The simple structure and the convenience of installing, operating and service make this new product welcomed by many customers. 二、工作原理Working Principle BP-800 系列变送器由两个部分组成：压力传感器和压力信号转换器。 BP-800 includes two parts ：pressure transmitter and pressure signal-transform device. 被测介质 传感器 电子线路 输出信号 Medium Transmitter Electron wirtes Signal output 压力传感器是利用硅的压阻效应和良好的机械特性，应用扩散和离子注入技术将压敏电阻元件光刻在硅膜上。 当被测压力作用于芯体的敏感元件时，传感器输出端会有相应的电压信号输出，其大小与所加压力成正比。 压力信号转换器，向压力传感器提供恒流源，并把压力传感器输出的微弱电压信号放大，再经V/I 转换，输出4～20mA 恒流信号。 The pressure transmitter characters the resistance components onto the silicone film when the pressure acts on the sensitive element, the transmitter output the relative voltage signal.
