It is the duty that keeps a environment which can provide life for the descendants of human and can keep continuous development to carry out the “Kyoto Protocol to the United Nations”and“Economy of the Low Carbon” 。 The technological innovations to change the carbon dioxide named greenhouse gas that brings about The Greenhouse Effect into the green high and new fine chemicals and functionary new materials are realizing the industrializing and the commercializing as well as systematizing and internationalization.. The practice proves that The Greening of Carbon Dioxide is one of the best way to carry out the“Kyoto Protocol to the United Nations” and to establish the “Economy of the Low Carbon” in China.
