From the public security government’s side, the paper outlines the needs analysis data that can be supplied, including the data of operating motor vehicle,business drivers, traffic offenses handling data and traffic accident data. It also outlines the Needs analysis of the specific needs of transportation safety data, including the data of traffic management enforcement,motor vehicle,drivers and road transport of highly toxic chemicals management .Therefore, it can support the analyzing and utilizing of traffic safety data.
