成绩 山东理工大学 电气与电子工程学院 课程设计说明书 设计题目 高温加热炉快速测温仪的设计 专业班级级： 电气1006班 学生姓名名： 马先超 学 号 号： 1011041233 指导教师师： 唐诗 起止日期期： 2013年7月1日至2013年7月16日 摘 要 在工业生产过程中，往往需要对各类加热炉、热处理炉、反应炉的温度进行检测和调节，因此需要一种合适的系统对其温度进行精确测量控制，由于单片机具有低功耗、高性能、可靠性好、易于产品化等特点，因此采用单片机对温度进行测量控制不仅节约成本，方法灵活多样，并且可以达到较高的精度，从而能够大大提高产品的质量，因此单片机被广泛应用在中小型控制系统中。 A/D转换器选用ADS1232芯片，既能保证精度又能保证速度，符合快速测温的要求;快速测温时可能会出现断偶，这就通过算法处理，根据断11偶前的温度计算出测量温度或判断为测温失败;可配用S，B，R，WRe3-25四种分度号的热电偶，实现不同温度范围的测温;具备大字体高亮度的5′LED显示器，便于操作人员读数操作和读数。 此测温仪克服非接触式测量精度不高的缺点，降低了成本，为实现钢水、铁液快速、准确地测温提供了有效实用的方法。 关键词 快速测温；AT89C52；断偶处理；冷端补偿 Abstract In the industrial production process, often require various types of furnace, heat treatment furnace, reactor temperature detection and regulation, so it needs a proper system of precise measure of its temperature, as low power consumption single chip, high performance, reliability, easy-to-market commodity and so on, so to control the temperature using SCM not only save on cost, control method of flexible and diverse, and can achieve higher precision, which can greatly enhance the quality of the product, so SCM is widely used in the Small control system. A/D converter used the ADS1232, both to ensure the accuracy and guarantee the speed, in line with rapid temperature measurement requirements;rapid temperature even when the fault may occur, which through the algorithm processing, according to breaking even before the thermometer measure the temperature calculated or to determine the temperature failed;can be equipped with S, B, R, WRe3-25 thermocouple number of four divisions, to achieve different temperature ranges of temperature;with high brightness 5LED large font display, easy operation and reading of the reading operator. This thermometer to overcome the non-contact measurement accuracy is not high disadvantage and reduces the cost for the realization of molten steel, iron; liquid fast, accurate temperature measurement provides an effective and practical method.
