The traditional management pattern has been gradually replaced by the informatized and digitalized management pattern, as Information Technology rapidly develops. How to employ advanced management methods and enhance the hotel management level has become a top priority for the hotel industry.Faced with the challenge of the information era, it is a effective way to improve the management with science and technology.The development of guestroom management system makes the best use of Information Technology to improve its management and its service. .xinxin hotel information system adopts B/S mode, which is based on SQL SERVER 2005 as database, and employs NET Framework and C# Language to program. The system puts the functions into practice, such as check-in, guestroom management, check-out, room information inquiry and so on. Of them, room information inquiry could offer the manager a valid feedback and take advantage of resources, in order to conduct an all-round management.
