The research show s that 3 . 5% of the students are suffering from m ental problems or psychological blocks; among them, the introvert ones get h igher marks than the extravert ones in such 5 factors as OCD ( obsessivecompu lsive d isorder), social relationsh ip, blahs, anxiety and fear; those from rural areas get higher scores in both social support and objective support than those from urban areas; thosew ith healthy psychology feel that they havemore subjective support andmake bet ter use of it, and are more positive in dealingw ith problem s. It is therefore suggested that the students are to be taught to enhance their conception of selfreliance, to exert them selves in a good shape of personality, to develop a positive and updating attitude tow ard society.
