Fang Hu Zhai is right. Using the word fancy is a more informal way of saying you want to do or have something. Helen: Fancy 这个词更口语化， 想要什么东西或做什么事情。 Neil: But just because its informal doesnt mean its necessarily a bad thing. As he says, its warm and friendly.
