孔继菼《孔氏医案》的学术思想的研究.pdfVIP

提 要 孔继菼是清代滕县地方名医，少年接受儒家教育，通过科举考试考取 功名举人。后因祖母患病卧床缠绵不愈，转研中医经典著作，别有神悟， 临证济世，每获奇效，遂以神医闻名。传世《孔氏医案》计四卷八十四案， 具有很高的中医理论和临床指导价值。但该书版本少，传播面不足，受惠 者不多，鉴于此研究之。 本文采用了文献研究的方法，通过研究与摘录《孔氏医案》的主要内 容，加以分析，探索梳理孔继菼的医学学术思想。孔继菼在《孔氏医案》 中收录了相似病例、特殊病例、用药得失、误诊误治的案例，同时在案中 表述其医学观点。他的医学思想立足于《内经》、《难经》、《伤寒论》、《金 匮要略》等著作的经典中医理论，重视中医经典的基础作用与临床价值， 案中写明理论出处，具有很高的经典文献价值。在诊断方面，孔氏尤重视 脉诊，提出精微的脉诊鉴别诊断观点，强调临证脉、症、色合参。他案 中寓法，师古不泥，择善而从，创新中医基础理论和临床服药方法，在一 定程度上丰富和发展了中医理论。他立足 临床、实践中创新的学术风格， 诚为中医专业学习研究的典范。 关键词 孔继菼；《孔氏医案》；学术思想 Research on the Academic Thought of Kong’s Medical Records writed by Kong Jitan Speciality:History and Literature of TCM Author:Sun Zuoqian Tutor:prof.Tian Sisheng Abstract Kong Jitan was a famous traditional chinese medicine doctor in Teng in the Qing Dynasty. When he was a child, he received the Confucian education and won the imperial examinations to acquire fame tree. At that time, his grandmother was sufferring refractory disease and did not recover. So as to heal the illness of his grandmother, he turned to learn classical TCM works. With his rare talent he become a outstanding doctor and heal many patients’ sickness. By collecting and summaring his clinical experience and academic thoughts he wrote the kong’s medical records(totally four volume eighty four cases) and handed down his later generations. His academic thoughts were very valuable on TCM theory and clinical practice, however, this work was not handed widely and only few people know this academic thinking. In order to inherit and develop his thought, we made this research.
