河北科技师范学院 人资2013级2014-2015-2科研技能训练 基于核心竞争力的企业文化建设研究 —— 以富士康为例 院（系、部）名 称 ： 工商管理学院 专 业 名 称：人力资源管理专业 学 生 姓 名：姓名 学 生 学 号：0912120118 指 导 教 师：高晓秋 2015年5月25日 河北科技师范学院教务处制 摘 要 近年来，随着企业文化理论在我国的传播和推广，越来越多的企业认识到企业文化给企业带来的有形的和无形的、经济的和社会的双重效益，通过企业文化建设、企业理念的营造来增强企业的核心竞争力越来越受到企业的重视。但是如何基于企业的核心竞争力构建企业文化？如何保证企业文化与企业发展紧密联系？如何用文化构建企业坚不可摧的竞争实力，还是一个普遍的难题。本选题从企业文化与核心竞争力的内涵、特征和关系开始研究，分析认为：企业文化是核心竞争力的核心要素，它决定着核心竞争力的管理和积累方向，它为核心竞争力的形成提供精神动力，并归纳出基于核心竞争力的企业文化建设的环节及形成机制，认为：当前中国企业要构建具有核心竞争力的企业文化，必须从核心竞争力出发，充分考虑核心竞争力所具有的特征，培育起与之相适应的独具特色的企业文化。然后，本文以富士康为例，说明了如何基于企业核心竞争力进行企业文化建设，使企业文化建设独具特色，真正运用到企业的实际中来。 关键词：企业文化；核心竞争力；富士康 （注：摘要：写一段，涵盖文章的主要内容，换句话说让别人一看就知道你写了什么，有什么意义和价值，400-450字；关键词3-5个，外延由大到小） Abstract In recent years, with the spreading of the theory of corporate culture, more and more enterprises recognized that corporate culture would bring them with tangible and intangible, economic and social double benefits. Enterprises have attached more and more importance to strengthen their core competitiveness through fostering corporate culture and precept. But how to foster corporate culture based on the core competitiveness of the enterprise? How to ensure that corporate culture connects with development of the enterprise closely? And how to use corporate culture to build the unbeatable competitiveness of the enterprise? These questions are still a hard nut to crack.This paper begins its study with the characteristics and relations of corporate culture and core competitiveness. It believes that corporate culture is one of the key elements of the core competitiveness. Corporate culture determines the direction of management and development of the core competitiveness, and provides vitality for forming the core competitiveness. Hence the steps and forming mechanism of fostering corporate culture based on core competitiveness are induced.
