康复新液联合埃索美拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌 相关性消化性溃疡临床观察 易文全① 戴志毅 眉山市人民医院消化内科（620010） 【摘要】目的：观察康复新液联合埃索美拉唑、阿莫西林、甲硝唑三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆茵(Helicobacter pylori，H P)相关性消化性溃疡(Peptic Ulcer ，PU)的疗效。方法：将经胃镜检查和C14尿素氮呼气试验确诊的125例幽门螺杆茵(HP )感染相关的消化性溃疡( PU)，随机分两组，①对照纽：60例，埃索美拉唑 40mg qd+ 阿莫西林1.0 bid + 甲硝唑 0.4 bid，三联治疗1周后停抗生素，续用埃索美拉唑40mg qd治疗3周，总疗程4周。②治疗组：65例，在对照组基础上加用康复新液（攀西制药）10ml，tid，共4周。疗程结束后复查胃镜和HP。比较治疗前后的临床症状评分．溃疡愈合率、HP清除率及1年溃疡复发率。结果：两组治疗后临床症状评分明显低于治疗前（P0.01），且治疗组症状积分低于对照组（P0.05）Report of Kangfuxin Liquid in Combination with Esomeprazole Therapy for Peptic Ulcer of Helicobacter Pylori Infection Yi-wenquan , Dai-zhiyi (Department of Digestion , The People Hospital of Meishan ,Sichuan,China,620010) 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Kangfuxin liquid in combination with triple therapy with Esomelazole，moxicillin and Metronidazole on peptic ulcer ( PU) of helicobacter pylori (HP) infection. Methods A total of 125 patients with HP-associated peptic ulcer diagnosed by gastroscopy and C14 urea nitrogen breath test were randomly divided into two groups: control group treated with Esomelazole 40mg qd, amoxicillin 1000mg bid and metronidazole 400mg bid for 1 week ,and then treated with Esomelazole 40mg qd for 3 weeks (n=60); treatment group were treated as same as the control group and added with Kangfuxin liquid 10ml tid for 4 weeks(n=65).Gastroscopy and breath test were repeated after the therapy. Clinical symptom score before and after therapy, ulcer healing rate, HP clearance rate and ulcer relapse rate in one year were compared with in two groups. Results Clinical symptom score after therapy were obviously lower than score before therapy in both group(P0.01)，and total score in treatment group was lower than control group(P0.05); ulcer healing rate in treatment group was higher than control group(P0.05); ulcer relapse rate in one year in treatment group was lower than control group(P0.05).There was no significant difference in HP clearance rate in both groups(P0.05).
