Method: Eighty-five patients were assessed w ith SCL-90, SAS and H RSD on different time. Statistical treatment w as performed w ith T test. Result:T he subscores of somat izat ion, anxiety, depression, psychoticism of SCL-90 in OSAHS w ere higher than average scores in Chi- na. The SCL-90, SAS , H RSD scores of anxiet y and depression decreased by turns on the first w eek and third month after t reatment s. Conclusion: Patients w ith OSAHS are more anxious and depressive than normal. Compre- hensive nursing care conduces to physically and mental rehabilitat ion of OSAH S. Key words Depressive, disord
