摘要 本设计收集了北辛窑煤矿的地质资料及图纸，在此基础上按照国家规程规范的规定，提出了开拓开采方案，确定了主要技术参数，撰写了本说明书。 本次设计的泽州天安朝阳煤业煤矿井田面积4.24k㎡，年产量0.6Mt。井田内煤层赋存较为稳定，可采煤层有两层，分别是11号、12号煤层，煤层倾角为2-6°。11号煤层平均煤厚4.02m，12号煤层平均厚度6.03m。整体地质条件比较复杂。该矿为瓦斯矿井，煤层为自燃煤层，煤尘具有爆炸性。根据实际的地质资料情况主要对矿井开拓方式、准备方式和采煤方法进行了初步设计。本矿井设计采用斜井单水平开拓方式，综合机械化回采工艺。 采煤方法，采用全部垮落法处理采空区。矿井前期采用中央并列式通风，后期分区通风，并对矿井运输、矿井提升和矿井通风等各个生产系统进行设备选型计算。设计时根据现有经济技术条件，尽可能采用先进的开采技术和设备，以及对矿井安全技术措施和环境保护提出要求，完成整个矿井的初步设计。矿井全部实现机械化，采用先进技术和借鉴已实现高产高效现代化矿井的经验，实现一矿一面高产高效矿井从而达到良好的经济效益和社会效益。 关键词：斜井开拓、综合机械化采煤方法、全部垮落法管理顶板 Abstract mine tThis design is a collection of Shanxi Beixinyao coal mine geological data and drawings, on the basis of in accordance with the provisions of national regulations proposed exploitation scheme, determined the main technical parameters, writing this manual.
