Concrete Cracks of Bridge in the Conservation and Life Prediction A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：He Wenlong Supervisor：Prof. Zhang Jiexin Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 摘 要 近年来，我国桥梁建设取得了日新月异的发展。在桥梁建成之后，若要使桥梁正常 的运营，尽可能的延长其寿命，那么，必须进行科学的、经常性的养护维修与管理。 基于这个原因，本论文以跨海大桥钢筋混凝土裂缝的养护和寿命预测为中心，主要 的研究内容为： 1. 关于跨海大桥钢筋混凝土裂缝的种类及机理研究,按照混凝土裂缝的成因，主要从 三方面进行研究，（a ）由变形引起的混凝土裂缝; （b ）由物理化学反应引起的混凝土裂 缝；（c ）由外力引起的混凝土裂缝。 2. 关于海洋环境对跨海大桥混凝土裂缝影响的研究，主要以氯离子扩散，引起钢 筋锈蚀为重点研究内容。通过以上的研究分析，得出桥梁混凝土微裂缝的产生不可避免， 导致桥梁混凝土裂缝进一步扩大的外部因素主要是外力的作用，内部因素是锈胀力的作 用，基于此，本论文从两方面对裂缝进行养护，一方面是基于裂缝修复的养护措施，另 一方面是基于裂缝控制的养护措施。 3. 论文还对混凝土寿命预测模型进行了改进，细化了模型中关于混凝土表面氯离子 浓度的参数，并通过实例进行了分析，表明改进模型的分析结果更符合实际，对及时采 取养护措施起到了重要作用。 关键词： 跨海大桥混凝土裂缝， 裂缝分析， 裂缝养护措施， 混凝土寿命预测、 模型优化 i Abstract In recent years, our country bridge construction has achieved rapid development. After the completion of the bridge, for the sake of the normal operation of the bridge, extending their life as possible, it must be scientific, regular maintenance and management. For this reason, the centre of this thesis is the conservation of the cross-sea bridge of reinforced concrete cracks and life prediction , the main research contents are as follows: 1. on the type and mechanism of cross-sea bridge of reinforced concrete cracks. according to the causes of cracks in concrete, it mainly has three aspects: (a) The concrete cracks caused by the deformation; (b) concrete cracks caused by the physical and chemical reaction ; (c) concrete cracks caused by external forces. 2.
