E lectric resistiv ity w as tested under cyclic vo ltage load ing and unloading to m easure the influence o f the e lectric fie ld on the electric resist iv ity o f the m aterial, w hich w as decided by the inner structurel. T ests resu lts ind icated that the electric resistiv ity of plain cem ent w as increased w ith the cyclic num ber until the inner hydrating process achieved ba lance. The resistiv ity o f unloading w as greater than it o f loading at the sam e cyc le. W hen add ing into the cem ent base, carbon fibers becam e the m a in conduct ive w ay, and the in fluence o f e lectric field on the electric resistiv ity w as decreased. T he change amp litude of the curve is sm a ller than the p lain cem ent.
