The coal measures stratum experienced complex tectonic movement. The coal seam with the characteristics of complex structure, high gas content, high gas pressure and low permeability.Therefore the direct extraction of coal seam gas is difficult. Because of the working surface mining,both of the gas pressure and the permeability of the adjacent coal seam are changed, providing favorable conditions for adjacent coal seam gas drainage.In Huainan-Huaibei mining area,suface hole drainage coal seam gas has become an impotant technical means for mining Protection Layer.Although there is a lot of engineering experience in Huainan-Huaibei mining area,but the law of the surface hole drainage parameters and permeability is lake of research.
