毕 业 设 计 [论 文] 题 目： 小区物业管理系统 学 院： 专 业： 姓 名： 学 号： 指导老师： 完成时间： 摘 要 随着现代社会区域化的加快，物业管理系统是现代居住小区不可缺少的一部分，一个好的物业管理系统可以提升小区的管理水平，使小区的日常管理更加方便,快捷，更方便满足住户的需求。 物业管理行业是房地产行业的一个重要组成部分，随着房地产行业的快速发展，人们逐渐接受了物业管理这一管理模式。良好的物业管理已经成为楼盘销售的重要因素，也成为业主或租户选择物业公司的重要考虑因素。web应用程序(B/S)模式，结合ASP.NET开发技术，运用开发工具为Microsoft Visual Studio 并使用SQL Server 设计小区物业管理数据库，采用三层架构以及javascript技术开发了新城小区物业管理系统。系统分为前台主要包括了首页，登陆功能，查询功能，搜索功能，后台信息管理功能。首页功能有各种小区的信息，管理员登陆，普通用户登陆，普通用户登陆后可以进行新闻，欠费，投诉的查询和添加，管理员登陆后可以进行各种信息的增删改。 【关键词】 物业管理, 互联网, Abstract With the regionalization of modern society accelerating, the property management system is an indispensable part of modern residential areas, a good property management system can help people manage the district easily and make the daily management of the area more convenient. The property management industry is an important part of the real estate industry, with the rapid development of the real estate industry; people have gradually accepted the management of property management. Good property management has become an important factor in real estate sales; it has also become a consideration for owners or tenant to choose which property company is better. On the one hand, property management system saves a lot of manpower and material resources, on the other hand, traditional property management need administrator to notice residents personally, but the system does not need.
