Kaplan Robert Kaplan is the Marvin Bower Professor of Leadership Development at Harvard Business School and is a cofounder and chairman of BSCol. Prior to his career at Harvard, Dr. Kaplan served as dean of the Graduate School of Industrial Administration at Carnegie Mellon University. Dr. Kaplans research, teaching, and consulting collectively focus on performance measurement. Dr. Kaplan earned his BS and MS in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his Ph.D. in operations research from Cornell University. David P. Norton David Norton is a cofounder, president, and CEO of BSCol. Prior to his career at BSCol, Dr. Norton co-founded and served as president of Renaissance Solutions, Inc., a Balanced Scorecard consulting firm. He was also cofounder and president of Nolan, Norton Company. He is coauthor, with Robert S.
