Clinical Study on Therapeutic Effects of Bushenyinaofang in Treatment of vascular dementia Speciality:internal medicine of traditional chinese medicine Author:Wang hongyan Tutor: Professor Wang xingchen Abstract Objective: The clinical efficacy was observed by benefits of Bushenyinaofang Treatment of vascular dementia .(yang deficiency of the spleen-kidney ) , Methods: All the cases of 68 cases diagnosed as vascular dementia (VD) selected patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, all 34 cases , the two groups of conventional therapy , the experimental group given the traditional Chinese medicine the Bushen brain side treatment ; control group give western drug donepezil hydrochloride treatment . To improve cognitive function score , the degree of neurological deficits and blood lipids, neuron-specific enolase were observed , a course of 3 months Results: Two sets of MMSE, BDS score has improved to some extent , but there was no significant difference ; neurological deficit scores of the experimental group than in the control group was significantly lower ( P 0.05 ) ; TCD cerebral blood flow average speed test before and after treatment , blood lipids improved significantly ( P 0.05) ; neuron-specific enolase (NSE), a significant difference ( P 0.05 ) treatment group before and after contrast , the contrast between the two groups was no significant difference (P 0.05) . Conclusions: Bushenyinaofang to significantly improve cognitive function in patients with VD , to improve the quality of life of patients ; the party can significantly improve patients neurological function , and neuroprotective effects , and safe and no adverse reactions Key words:vascular dementia;yang
