 毕业设计（论文）诚信声明 本人郑重声明：所呈交的毕业设计（论文）是我个人在导师指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研究成果。就我所知，除了文中特别加以标注和致谢的地方外，论文中不包含其他人已经发表和撰写的研究成果，也不包含为获得华东交通大学或其他教育机构的学位或证书所使用过的材料。 如在文中涉及抄袭或剽窃行为，本人愿承担由此而造成的一切后果及责任。 本人签名____________ 导师签名____________ 年 月 日  摘 要 在激烈竞争的就业市场里面，高校希望培养出高素质的人才，企业也希望能吸纳到高素质的人才，那是什么样的因素在就业中影响着大学生的就业呢？也就是说企业是用怎样的标准来衡量大学生的呢？通过对各用人单位与专家学者的咨询，就业素质，成为对大学生能否胜任工作进行衡量的一个重要的指标。本文通过对现有文献书籍的研读与分析，把大学生的就业素质的构成分为求职技能、专业水平和综合素质三个方面，并设计调查问卷，针对所在华东交通大学经济管理学院的毕业生就业素质水平进行了调查，依据当前大学生就业的环境与形势，以及企业对大学生就业素质的要求，从社会客观原因、学校直接原因和学生主观原因三方面 对调查结果进行了分析，针对问题查找根源所在，并就问题的解决，从华东交通大学经济管理学院自身发展条件下提出了相关的建议。 关键字：就业素质；经管类学生；调查；分析 ABSTRACT In the highly competitive job market there, colleges and universities hope to cultivate a high-quality talent, companies are hoping to attract the high-quality personnel, what kind of factors that affect college students in employment in the employment??That is what business is standard with the students from??The employing unit by consulting with experts and scholars, job quality, as the work of college students to measure ability to perform an important indicator.?Based on the existing literature and analysis of reading books, the quality of the composition of employment of university students were divided into job search skills, professionalism and overall quality of the three aspects, and to design the questionnaire, for which East China Jiaotong University, School of Economics and Management Graduates?quality level were investigated, based on the current situation of environment and employment of university students, and corporate demands for the quality of employment of college students, from the social objective reasons, schools and students a direct cause of three aspects of subjective results were analyzed to find the root of the problem?and to solve the problem, from the East China Jiaotong University School of Economics and Management under the conditions of their own development related proposals put forward.
