Abstract In resent researches on taxi ooling, few model is ado ted to o timize fare share
and route choice simultaneously, and the driver earnings are not considered. In this a er,
benefits of both sides are taken into account on the rinci le of equity . T aking the minimum
time cost of travelers as an objective and the drivers reasonable income as constraint, w e
establish a route choice and fare o timization model for taxi ooling. According to the char
acteristics of the model, an algorithm is designed. Using an exam le, the model is tested
and the result show s the rate and route choices can satisfy both sides.
