摘 要 JIT 配送起源于日本丰田汽车公司，最初它只是作为一种减少库存水平的方法， 而今，它已经成为一种管理理念，它的基本思想在于把合适的数量、合适的质量的 产品，在合适的时间供应到合适的地点，消除了物料流动过程中一切无效环节、无 效作业和浪费，JIT 配送已被国外内大部分汽车行业企业采用。 本文在大量阅读国内外相关文献和对长安铃木公司实地调研基础上，对长安铃 木公司已实施的 JIT 配送系统进行了研究，JIT 配送使得长安铃木公司物流配送系统 效率水平得到明显提高，但是由于生产现场和供货商运输过程的不确定性，常导致 按顺序送货的某些颜色的零部件及专用件短缺，同时某些大的零部件仍然占用了大 量的现场空间，为此，本文提出了 JIT 配送的优化系统—同步配送系统，并结合长 安铃木公司的实际情况，根据同步配送的原理和实施的前提条件，成功在长安铃木 公司的实施了单件和批量同步配送，对同步配送的经济效益进行了总结和评价。 关键词：长安铃木，JIT，系统，同步配送 I ABSTRACT JIT comes from a Japanese company named Toyota, it is well known as for a method to reduce stock. But now, it has become a management theory and its main object is to provide the right quality and right quantity product to the right place in time. Eliminating useless work and waste in the logistics proceeding, JIT has been adopted by most of the company in our country. The paper research is based on a great deal of domestic and oversea documents related theories and the practice in Chang’an-suzuki auto company focus on the study of the JIT system which has been deployed in the company. The JIT system makes the logistics more proficient but because of the uncertain condition of the production line and the transportation of the supplier, some special color related parts that must be taken by sequence are always shortage and some big parts always occupy much place in the factory. So, based on the JIT system and the automobile logistics situations, the paper provide a optimistic system – that is synchronized delivery system and according to the theories of synchronized delivery, I deploy the one and many part synchronized delivery system in the company and summarize the economic efficiency.
