[摘要] 在计算机技术和网络技术的发展过程中，网民们对视频网站的需求也在不断增长。同时，随着生活水平的提高，越来越多的人选择节假日外出旅游。综合这两个原因，他们需要一个可以旅游信息分享和交流的平台，为他们提供更全面的旅游信息。文字信息或图片信息展示了别人的感受。然而视频信息可以提供相对客观的信息。所以，能够进行信息分享和交流的旅游视频网站会很受人们的欢迎。
我设计的这个系统的特点是有一个简单的界面，它操作起来非常方便。这样一来，可以更加注重不同的人的需求。
选用MyEclipse作为开发环境，MySQL作为数据库，tomcat作为服务器。系统开发语言为Java，主要运用了JSP技术，以SSH技术作为系统的框架，运用这些工具，采用B/S三层构架，最终开发出了这个视频播放与评价系统。经过了很长时间的系统测试之后，系统实现的功能已经基本达到预期的效果。

ABSTRACT: In the development of computer technology and network technology, Internet users demand on the video site is also growing.At the same time，as living standards improve, more and more people choose to holiday travel. Taking these two reasons，they need to be able to share and exchange a platform to provide a more comprehensive travel information for them.Text messages or picture messages show the feelings of others.However, the video information may provide relatively objective information.Therefore, it is possible to share and exchange information travel video site will very popular with people welcome.
Features of the system which I designed is to have a simple interface, it is very easy to operate. In this way, we can pay more attention to the needs of different people.
MyEclipse chosen as a development environment, MySQL as the database, Tomcat as a server. Systems development language is Java, the main use of JSP technology,SSH technology as the framework of the system. The use of these tools, the use of B/S 3-tier architecture, and ultimately developed the video playback and evaluation systems.After a long time of system testing, system implementation features have been basically achieved the desired results.
